III. Products & Services

Product descriptions, prices, and inventory are subject to real-time platform display.

Promotions follow platform announcements or product page descriptions.

Orders & Transactions

Placing an order constitutes an offer; the contract is formed once Radetop Store confirms the order.

Ensure payment information is valid. Orders cannot be canceled unilaterally after payment (except for pre-sale items as per page instructions).

IV. Payment & Returns

Payment Rules

Supported payment methods are listed on the platform. Payment completion confirms transaction finality.

Returns & Refunds

7-Day No-Reason Return: Apply for returns within 7 days after receipt (item must be intact).

Quality Issues: Return, exchange, or repair for defective products.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after approval.

VIII. Term Updates

Continued Use = Agreement

IX. Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction
